StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Madison offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Morgan is the Lead Flexologist at StretchLab, proudly serving both the Huntsville and Madison communities. She is passionate about helping others live healthy, active lifestyles and has dedicated her career to supporting people on their wellness journeys. Morgan earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), which laid a strong foundation for her work in the health and fitness industry. In addition to her role at StretchLab, Morgan is a driven entrepreneur. She launched her own fitness apparel line, Mormad Fitness, during the pandemic and also founded Nutrijuice, a cold-pressed juicing business. Outside of work, she enjoys creating healthy recipes, making fresh juices, and practicing Pilates to stay balanced and energized. At StretchLab, Morgan loves the opportunity to help people move better and feel their best every day. Her favorite stretch is the hamstring stretch—simple, effective, and essential for staying loose and mobile. Fun fact: Morgan is always experimenting with new juice blends—and she’s a big fan of authentic street tacos from El Cazador!
Anthony is a Flexologist at StretchLab Madison with a deep passion for movement-based training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology and a concentration in Sports Psychology from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. Since 2020, Anthony has worked as a certified personal trainer and currently owns a movement-based training facility in Huntsville, Alabama. His specialties include speed and agility, ninja warrior, and parkour training, and he has experience coaching clients across a wide age range—from young children to older adults. Anthony’s approach focuses on using intentional movement to build strength, prevent injury, and restore function. At StretchLab, he’s able to extend that mission by helping clients improve mobility, reduce chronic pain, and reach movement goals that once felt out of reach. He’s passionate about creating positive, lasting change in his clients’ lives—making them feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident in their bodies every day.
Mary Ann is a Flexologist at StretchLab Madison with a deep-rooted passion for movement, recovery, and helping others feel their best. Her journey into health and wellness began in high school as an Irish dancer, where she first became fascinated by the body’s movement systems and the process of recovering from injury to regain full mobility. This early passion led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and she is now a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist. Currently, she’s continuing her education and advancing her career by working toward her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. At StretchLab, Mary Ann is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives by helping them achieve freedom of movement and improved quality of life. Her favorite stretch is the hamstring stretch, which supports a wide range of essential movements and can provide relief and mobility for almost anyone. Outside of the studio, she enjoys dancing two-step, rock climbing, and hiking—always finding new ways to stay active and connected to movement.
Stephanie is a passionate Flexologist at StretchLab Madison with a deep commitment to helping others unlock their strength, mobility, and confidence. She is currently a senior Kinesiology student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, on track to earn her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (BSK) in August 2026. Stephanie is a Yoga Alliance–certified yoga instructor and a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through ISSA. Her combined knowledge of movement, alignment, and rehabilitation allows her to help clients improve flexibility, reduce discomfort, and move through life with greater ease and strength. What drives Stephanie is the belief that people are stronger than they realize. At StretchLab, she finds fulfillment in helping clients not only move and feel better but also tap into their true potential. Her favorite stretch is the hamstring stretch—she emphasizes the importance of keeping the legs mobile and limber as they play such a vital role in overall movement and health. Outside the studio, Stephanie is an avid gardener with a special love for flowers. She also enjoys spending time with her sweet German Shepherd, Rusty, especially on neighborhood walks and car rides.
